One-time purchase
An individual purchase provides the selected course to the signed-in learner. It includes lessons, exercises, assessment and a completion certificate after all lessons and a passing assessment. There is no recurring course fee. Purchases are not transferable to another learner.
Membership access
Twelve courses are included for current employees of active member companies. Membership-included access ends when company membership expires or the administrator removes the employee. Individually purchased courses are independent of company membership. Completed learning records and certificates remain in the learner account.
Premium courses
Premium courses are separate $129 purchases for members and nonmembers. Included-course titles are available individually for $69 to learners without membership access. Prices are in USD.
Course scope
These are short, self-paced professional-development courses. They do not provide academic credit, CEUs, professional licensure or equipment operating authorization. Completion certificates record lesson completion and the course assessment; they are not independent professional certifications.
Refunds and support
Contact NAOAT through naoat.org/contact within 14 days of purchase if a course is unsuitable and you have not completed it. We will review a refund request promptly. Duplicate charges or unavailable paid access should be reported for correction. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected. Refunded or disputed purchases may have access removed.
