Contracting business
Membership is provided by ALPHABULL LLC, doing business as the National Association of Advanced Technology (NAOAT). ALPHABULL LLC processes NAOAT membership dues through its Stripe account. Billing communications may identify ALPHABULL LLC.
Eligibility and dues
Membership is for a company working in or supporting advanced technology. The applicant must be authorized to enroll the company and select the correct annual revenue band. The four displayed tiers use the most recently completed fiscal year.
Annual subscription
Your subscription renews annually at the price disclosed in checkout until you cancel. Cancel future renewal through the member billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; access continues through that period. Any change to your renewal price will be communicated before it applies.
Benefits and programs
Benefits include 12 courses for current employees, account-based learning progress, completion certificates, membership recognition, badge downloads, optional directory participation, and published resources. Premium courses are purchased separately per learner. Proposed programs are not guaranteed benefits until announced. Membership does not guarantee sales, investment, contracts, regulatory approval, or business results.
Member badge license
An active member may display the NAOAT member badge to identify its company as a member. Do not alter the wording, imply certification or endorsement of a product, transfer it to another company, or continue displaying it after membership ends.
Directory and conduct
Publish accurate company information and respect other participants. Do not use association activities to misrepresent credentials, disclose another party’s confidential information, or make unauthorized commitments on behalf of NAOAT.
Refunds and support
Use naoat.org/contact to request a refund or report a billing or service issue. Include your company name and payment email, but no card details. Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the issue and services provided; cancellation alone does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain available.
Membership scope
Membership does not confer ownership of the association, a board position or authority to represent NAOAT. Chapter revenue-sharing arrangements require a separate written agreement. No charitable or tax-deductible status is represented for dues.
