Information used by the website
The membership service uses a sign-in identifier and email address, company name, sector, company description, website, selected revenue tier, membership status, and payment-provider identifiers. Contact submissions include the information you enter. Advertiser accounts also store uploaded creative, advertising text, destination links, placement choices and payment status.
Payments
ALPHABULL LLC, doing business as NAOAT, is the merchant for membership dues. Stripe processes payment details through its secure on-site payment form and billing portal. NAOAT’s application does not collect or store full card numbers. Stripe handles payment data under its own policies.
Public directory
Directory participation is optional. When you enable it, your company name, sector, description, and website can be displayed publicly while membership is active. Billing details, revenue tier, personal contact information, and sign-in identifiers are excluded.
Employee and learning records
Company administrators invite employees by email and can see invitation and access status. Each learner has individual lesson progress, assessment results, and a completion record. We use these records to provide course access and certificates. Administrators cannot see individual answers or personal course purchases.
Operational use and providers
Information is used to manage membership, provide badges, process requests, maintain records, and operate the website. The website uses its hosting, sign-in, and payment providers for those functions. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages using cookies and device information. Analytics is off until you allow it. The site does not send form contents or member account details to Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences. Sponsored placements are labeled.
Retention and requests
Billing and membership records may need to be retained for legitimate operational and recordkeeping purposes. We retain account and transaction information while needed to provide the service, resolve billing issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Request access, correction or deletion through naoat.org/contact. We may retain records necessary for these purposes after an account closes.
